How the rank works
How Evident ranks your pull-ups
- Your best set counts. Clean reps at your bodyweight. Added weight converts to extra reps, so a weighted set still ranks.
- It’s scored against people like you. Separate standards for men and women.
- Seven ranks, three steps each. Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond have III, II and I. Radiant sits past elite.
- In the app it keeps moving. Every set of pull-ups has one rep goal: 8. Beat it on your last, all-out set and the app adds a little weight next time, a plate on a belt or a vest. Rest is 1 min 30 s.
