The differences
What Evident does differently
- A fixed plan or a fresh workout. Fitbod rebuilds each session from your recovery and history. Evident keeps your plan steady so the same lifts climb week after week, and it raises the weight the day you beat your rep goal.
- Food lives in the same app. Fitbod leaves calories to other apps. Evident sets calories and macros from your goal and logs food with a barcode scan or a quick search.
- A rank you can climb. Fitbod shows a Strength Score and a percentile on some lifts. Evident ranks every lift from Iron to Radiant, with three steps inside each rank, so a rank-up lands every few weeks.
