Questions
Rank questions.
What rank am I?
Put in one lift above: your best set, your bodyweight, and whether you lift as a guy or a woman. You get a rank from Iron to Radiant, with a step (III, II or I) inside it.
How are gym ranks worked out?
Evident turns your set into a one-rep max with the Epley formula, compares it with standards for your sex, bodyweight and age, and places the score on a ladder of seven ranks with three steps each.
What is the highest rank?
Radiant. It starts past the elite standard and has no steps inside it.
What rank is a 225 bench?
For a 180 lb guy, a 225 lb single is Gold I. At 150 lb bodyweight it is Platinum II; at 210 lb, Gold III.
Is there an app that ranks your lifts?
Evident ranks every lift you log from Iron to Radiant and moves you up a step as your best set climbs. It also plans your training and raises your weights when you earn it.
