- Evident decides your next weight. Liftoff shows what you did last time and your estimated max. Evident prescribes the weight and one rep goal for every set, and moves the weight up the day you beat it.
- Ranks against your own size. Liftoff scores lifts on a 1 to 1,000 rating with leaderboards. Evident scores each lift against standards for your sex, bodyweight and age, from Iron to Radiant, three steps per rank.
- Photos as proof. Evident lines up your progress photos from day one to now and reads your physique from a photo. Liftoff focuses on body measurements.

What are the Liftoff ranks in order?
Wood, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Champion, Titan and Olympian, on a 1 to 1,000 rating worked out from your estimated max, bodyweight and sex.
How are the rank systems different?
Liftoff uses a 1 to 1,000 rating with nine tiers from Wood to Olympian. Evident uses seven ranks from Iron to Radiant with three steps inside each, scored against strength standards for your sex, bodyweight and age.
Does Evident have leaderboards?
No. Evident compares you with strength standards, not with other users, and there is no feed or account.
