The differences
What Evident does differently
- Apple Watch. Alpha Progression has no Watch app yet. Evident logs sets and runs your rest timer on Apple Watch.
- One rep goal. Alpha treats the rep target as a preference, so reps can run past it before the weight goes up. Evident gives each lift one rep goal and raises the weight when you beat it.
- More than training. Evident adds food logging, progress photos and a rank on every lift.
