The differences
What Evident does differently
- Training and food, one app. Gravl sells food tracking as a separate app. Evident has it built in, with calories and macros set from your goal.
- One number to beat. Gravl works through rep targets set by set before adding weight. Evident gives each lift one rep goal and raises the weight when you beat it on your last set.
- Built around the body you want. Evident starts from the physique you pick and sets your plan, food and dream numbers from it.
