How the rank works

How Evident ranks your push-ups

  1. Your best set counts. Clean reps at your bodyweight. Added weight converts to extra reps, so a weighted set still ranks.
  2. It’s scored against people like you. Separate standards for men and women.
  3. Seven ranks, three steps each. Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond have III, II and I. Radiant sits past elite.
  4. In the app it keeps moving. Every set of push-ups has one rep goal: 15. Beat it on your last, all-out set and the app adds a little weight next time, a plate on a belt or a vest. Rest is 1 min.

Watch your push-ups rank up.

Evident tells you what to lift every set, raises the weight when you earn it, and ranks every lift you log.
